Great Aunt that’s all I know about the bracelet
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful silver cuff bracelet. Such antique bracelets are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The design of the bracelet is typical from the first half of the 20th century. The stones are turquoise and either amber or coral. The cuff design was particularly popular in this era set with natural stones like amber, coral, turquoise etc. instead of diamonds, rubys and that type of stones.
Silver was the preferred material for jewellery in the first part of the 1900s. It is difficult to tell the origin of the bracelet without seeing the silvermarks if there are any, however it was a type of bracelet that was popular both in Europe and in America.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the bracelet has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lovely cuff bracelet. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
Thank you
