This appears to be a small Bokhara rug, decored with the typical Gul or Gül pattern polygon pattern in the central field, hand knotted with vegetable dye wool, in good condition, possibly dating to the 1940s. The estimate is based on similar rugs of similar age and condition actually sold at auction. The attached appraisal is off the chart unfortunately, even an insurance value would be much lower. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
