The item presented appears to be a reproduction print after the 1875 oil painting titled "The Spirit of '76" by American artist Archibald McNeal Willard (1836 - 1918). The original oil is held in the collection of Abbot Hall in Marblehead, Massachusetts. The print appears to be signed in plate and inscribed "Willard Ryder Connolly(sp) John J. Thomas" to the lower left.
