The item presented appears to be an oil painting from the 20th century. It measures 12" (h) x 30" (w). The work is signed on the lower right by the artist. It is framed, and the condition is excellent overall.
Unfortunately, I had some trouble deciphering the artist's signature. I've tried many variations (Nomal or Nomel Estamis), but without success I am afraid.
Therefore, the estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and similar works without artist attribution. The current condition (based on photographs provided) has been taken into consideration when determining the estimate.
