These are lovely plates- elegant despite their lack of color; I can tell that you've taken quite good care of them.
These plates are not particularly rare, and when other examples have come up for sale at auction, a set this size usually sells for between $200 and $300.

A set of 8 Mintons Staffordshire Salt Glazed dinner plates
made in England, bearing the date mark in use from circa 1912 to 1950
With shaped rim and raised bas-relief foliate decoration, marked underneath.
