Thank you for your note. I would be curious to know if those appraisals are for insurance or for fair-market/auction purposes.
I would also be curious to know what comparable examples those two appraisers used in their valuations. In my research, I could find no comparable examples of similar size or composition to warrant a higher valuation.
I am happy to reconsider my valuation if I've missed something critical here.

Hi Delia this appraisal surprised me quite a bit. I have two other opinions placing its value way higher than than. A certified art appraiser estimated it for $30,000 and a local stained glass expert estimated its value at $20,000.
