I got this bear at an estate sale I have researched him myself he has all the characteristics of this bear I feel steel rods in this moveable body he has the rubber nose of the 1904 bear please all the other characteristics of the steiff bear but no tags he is in wonderful condition no tears I am hoping you can help me identify him for sure Thank You

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage cinnamon long-haired mohair steel rod teddy bear
attributed to Hermann, Schreyer & Co. (Schuco), probably third quarter 20th Century
with long cinnamon mohair fur, glass eyes, brown leather nose, jointed body, felt paw pads, central seam.
12 inches long
CONDITION: appears to be in very good condition

Hi Delia I have researched my bear further he has a belly that pokes out hand stitched in front he has metal joints but head does not detach what kind of bear do you think he is still lost Thank You, Kimberly
