Garcia Sterling Silver spurs with a cowhide covered wooden box. Sterling is marked Wage Sterling. About 12" in length. Not marked Garcia.
Owned by a family that lived in Valley Center, CA. Sold in an estate sale. The name of the Ranch is Rock Ranch.

It is a beautiful pair of vintage sterling silver spurs in original box. Such silver cowboy items are being offered at auction from time to time.
This a very beautiful pair with lots of details and work being put into the design and ornamentation. The original box is also a very nice feature that adds to the value of this set of spurs. As for the age Wage silversmiths took that name from 1976 before that from 1948-1976 they were known as Rodeo silversmiths and engravers
I believe that the spurs and the original box would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online silver and objects of vertue auction, where I believe the spurs and box has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the Wage sterlingsilver spurs and box. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
