Thank you for your request and patience. The subject properties of concern for this appraisal includes found archival materials and photographs from a publishing house of Stevie Wonder. The subject properties appear to be in good condition with some materials bearing identifying information of the former publishing house.
An estimation would be between 500 to 1,200 USD for the entire lot as pictured.
