Was owned by Yale Professor and was part of the consignment of auction of his items in Connecticut. Was noted in auction it may be from 1940s.

These lamps are often stamped (or labeled) with the maker's name on the shade (typically the rim) and the base. This isn't ringing any bells as to who made it so I've appraised it as by an unattributed maker so if you see any names on either the shade or base, do let me know in case it impacts the value.
