Tank's (Durrell Babbs) career began as a background vocalist for Aaliyah and Ginuwine, giving him deep roots in the Timbaland/Blackground era of R&B. His 2001 debut single "Maybe I Deserve" became a modern R&B classic because of its emotionally vulnerable lyrics and restrained, piano-driven production. Many critics consider it the blueprint for much of his later work.

Beyond performing, Tank has had a substantial career as a songwriter and producer, working with artists including Kelly Rowland, Chris Brown, Omarion, and others, while also achieving success as a member of the R&B supergroup TGT with Tyrese and Ginuwine.

Tank spent the late 1990s recording demos while working behind the scenes as a songwriter and background vocalist, so not every finished track made it onto an album.

"Treat Yourself" was not officially released, and because I could find no information about the song online, it may be a working title. The lack of recording date is also interesting
