It is a cute teddy bear. Such vintage teddy bear are being offered at auction on a regular basis. Your teddy bear appears to be in very good condition based on the photos. I cannot tell if it is mohair or plush from the photos but it looks as soft mohair. The way the paws are stitched and the body of the teddy bear I would say that it was made in the second half of the 20th century.
The value of this type of soft toy is determined by the company that made them and how many teddybears were made from each lot. Normally these companies produce teddys in lots of 1000 to 2000 teddys.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online vintage toys auction, where I believe the teddy has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the teddy. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
