It is a lovely teddybear. Such vintage soft toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis. The teddy has a lovely brown coloured mohair fur and felt paws. The shape and design of the teddybear indicates that it was made in the 1940s-1960s. Without tags or labels it is very hard to determine the origin and manufacturer of the teddybear based on the photos. The condition of the teddybear appears to be good without holes or restorations. This is of importance to potential buyers.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online soft toys auction, where I believe the teddybear has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the teddybear. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

I don't see any tags however it looks like something was attached there seems to be a corse thread at the base of the left ear.
