It's framed. I can only measure what I see and the print is 15"x10" from what I see. It could be larger.

Provenance

It was brought over from Europe during World War II and given to my grandparents as a gift from a jeweler.

Hokusai Katsushika, (Japanese 1760 - 1849) The Great Wave ukiyo-e woodblock print appears to be late 19th/early 20th c restrike but it need to be examine in person by a expert in Japanese wood print.
