There is some dust and dirt if you can look close to the photos but nothing major or very noticeable. Overall in good condition. Wooden frame is gently cleaned but we left the painting as is. We do not have access to professional cleaning. Height: 27 Width: 21
Estate Sale in La Crescenta-Montrose, California She was an old lady who was moving out so she was getting rid of the items. She mentioned that this piece was given to her from one of her friends that she no longer talks to. And she mentioned that the artist is American based. That’s all of the information I have on this piece.

The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on board or masonite with the measurements of 27 x 21 inches. The painting depicts the view of a typical Greek house over a landscape and has the title "The Greek Islands". It was signed by Carole Inbinder Singer and dated 1965.

This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
