What does this mean?

This is an antique early 20th century music sheet cover that mentions the debut event on Sunday, July 9, 1905 at the Lew Fields Theater which featured vaudeville shows. At this particular show, an actress known as Indiola Arnold would be presenting musical entertainment and premiere the song, A Southern Lullaby. Miss Arnold was the wife of boxer, Kid McCoy. This sheet music cover is done in the Art Nouveau style. It is faded and has some condition issues. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables.
