Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an offset print by a second half 20th century drawing by A. E.Ruffing, titled and signed in the print. Very little is known about the artist, only that she has been painting watercolours for over forty years. The high resolution photo shows the small round dots typical for offset printing. Such prints were produced purely for home decor, the value is rather modest.
