What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a second half 20th century wood and gesso frame with an offset print after the famous painting by Caravaggio. I assume this print once was part of a fine art calendar of the 1960s. Such prints have a decorative value only. The frame has a few losses which can be restored. The current damages unfortunately adversely affect the market value. The estimate is based on similar actually sold at auction.
