Thick detailed brass with a marble stand and Victorian man and women figurines it’s one foot and 7 inches tall and 12 inches in with but the clock doesn’t work
My mother
This is a vintage mid to 3rd quarter 20th century electric clock by Ingraham that is made to look like an older style clock. The figures may have been later add-ons, as they are bisque figurines that were not produced by Ingraham. The metal is gilded, but not gold plated. Technically, an antique is any object 100 years old and older; thus your clock is still 'vintage'. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
