Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be pochoir painted gouache and crayon drawing depicting bodybuilder shapes on coat hangers, signed in pencil lower left Thomas W. J. Taylor 1983 or similar, titled "wish conspiracy". Surprisingly the artist has left no trace in art related data bases. He might have worked in commercial advertising and did not exhibit. The estimate is based on results for similar paintings by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction.
