Is it possible to see a photo of that plate?
Can't seem to send photo The cane is I/4 wide and plate is almost as wide, gold color, soldered on, solder is same color as cane and looks as original. I'm 84 and not very good with computers, sorry.
My dad was a wholesale art dealer in beverly hills. When he died one of his customers on Rodeo Drive owed him money and I took the lamp and a couple of jade pieces and cash for the dept. They had the lamp marked $8000. This was 26 years ago.
If you want to email a photo to [email protected], they can attach the photo. Otherwise, I'll do what I can without the photo, just let me know.
I'll try that
sent !!
Got it, Donald, thank you so much. You're all set here.
