Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. These appear to be Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Serving Spoons of the Chrysanthemum Pattern, which was first introduced in 1880 but was continued well into the 1950s The engraving and monograms might be a concern to the next owner, but as the engraving is not that deep it might be possible to have it removed. This is one of the very popular designs by Charles T. Grosjean for Tiffany. As always "asking prices" in the trade can be much higher and can vary.
The estimate is for the three spoons.This would be the expected auction result if put up for auction in a well advertised auction in the USA. You might find much higher prices in shops or online. Dealers have to make a profit in some way, hence the "askin prices" are usually higher.
