That's actually the mark of J. Twentyman, who was working in Kolkata, India, between 1818-1829.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique Indian Colonial silver goblet
mark of J. Twentyman, Kolkata, India, 1818-1829
florally chased body, swag chased upper rim, serpentine handle, domed foot. Marked underneath foot.
3 1/2 inches high, 2 1/2 inches diameter
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
PROVENANCE: inherited
