Hi Bernt,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, can you please tell me the height and greatest diameter of this chandelier shade (usually best measured at the bottom)
Thanks,
Delia
Thanks, Bernt!
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

American or European, early 20th Century
The domed shade with pierced top, the lower section profusely decorated with foliated roses. Apparently unmarked
11 1/2 inches (29 cm) high, 21 1/2 inches (55 cm) diameter
CONDITION: wear commensurate with age and use
PROVENANCE: acquired about 1995 at an antique warehouse near Stockholm; previously from a private estate
$600-900*

Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you again for using Mearto.
Can you tell me eny factory who make Tiffany lamps at that time in Eurpa or USA
Louis Comfort Tiffany was the most prominent American artist working in the Art Nouveau style; Emile Galle in France and Kolomon Moser in Austria were contemporaries of his and they made lamps and other kinds of decorative arts but there were probably other manufacturers making shades like yours to fill the demand for this style.
Lamps and shades made BY LC Tiffany, Tiffany & Co. or Tiffany Studios are ORIGINAL Tiffany lamps and will be marked as such; they command the highest prices at auction.
Similar lamps/shades that are NOT marked are usually made - either at the same time as Tiffany or later - are reproductions and do not bring the same prices at auction.
It's most likely that your shade was made in the United States but I've included "or European" so as not to rule out a European maker. There would be no difference in the market value of a reproduction shade made by an American maker or a European maker.
Let me know if that answers your questions.
Do you think that the lamp is made in
1920 - 1930
because a lot of Sweds returned from USA that time
Best regard my last question for now
Thank you
Bernt
That could certainly be a plausible explanation and the age fits; I'm happy to change the date to circa 1920s-30s if you like, just let me know
I am satisfied with you answer
Thanks and good bye
Dim 55 cm h 29 cm
