Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An Art Nouveau style slag glass and leaded shade
Probably American, mid 20th Century
The shouldered shade with waisted turtle-back crown, banded hip and shaped floral bottom.
15 1/2 inches high, 22 inches wide
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: friends of parent's neighbors
