I had this piece looked at many years ago and was told it’s a white gold case with about 60 diamonds going around it. It has ruby jewels inside.

the cream satin dial with gold Arabic numerals, with subsidiary dial, hand deficient, the edge set with 60 small 8/8-cut diamonds, 16 ruby lever movement, 50mm in diameter.
