This is a Cook Island Tivaevae (Patchwork Quilt) hand sewn with love by the Late Queen Tukoe Taia (TE URUKURA ARIKI) of Reureu, Aitutaki, The Cook Islands before she passed away leaving the Tivaevae unfinished. The Tivaevae is made of colorful fabrics and cotton and is new.
