Thank you for your help and patience. My sincere apologies for the delay with the apprisal.
The presented object appears to be a large-sized lithograph on cardboard or paper with unknown measurements. This is a reproduction of a painting by the artist. The original painting is nowadays in the collection of the National Art Gallery in Ottawa and has the title "Spring Ice". I attach the following link for some additional information (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spring_Ice). This print was regarding the frame tag 1947 or shortly before this year.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
