Presumably not genuine
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 20th century depicting two english pointer in an open landscape possibly in the scottish highlands, bearing a signature "Edm. H. Osthaus". This is rather weak painting, definitely not by Edmund Henry Osthaus. I can´t attribute it to the artist and have to doubt the authenticity.
