'Ponytail' Barbie doll from early 1960s

Description
The Barbie with blond hair came to me in a "Fashion Queen Barbie" carrying case containing 3 wigs and an extra head. She came to me in a Barbie and Midge carrying case (I also have Midge, but have not sent that doll for appraisal). The dolls' ponytails are a little unkempt and frizzy. I have included photos of the dolls' buttocks to show the 'Barbie' and 'Barbie/Midge' marks. We have lots of clothes in good condition. Thank you!

I apologize for the delay - I was without power/internet over the weekend and it just came back on this morning.
The text on her backside is critical to dating this but I can't make out what it says as the photo of her back is blurry when I enlarge it sufficiently - can you please tell me exactly what it says? I'll be able to appraise this doll then.
