Description
This pistol was purchased by my dad at some point before 1980. It weights about 3 lbs. On the left side of the pistol grip are two separate sets of initials.

The presented object appears to be a U.S. 1848 percussion lock pistol made by U.S. Haston in the middle of the 19th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
