What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a Chromogenic print, printed 2004, Diasec mounted. Signed by the artist Izima Kaoru (b. 1954) on an affixed label to the reverse of mount, bearing detailed information about the photo, edition of 7, this being number 7. The artist won fame for his photos of actors and models imitating fictional death scenes.
Similar or near identical photos of the same edition were sold at auction. The estimate is based on current auction results.
