This is a dated 1976, numbered limited edition hand pulled print on mulberry paper that was done in only 5 copies. It is titled in pencil "Unchangeable Decree" and 'signed' in plate with an unidentifed artist's cipher that is likely Asian. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
