Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an onxy and freshwater pearl necklace with a large angel skin coral carving (not jade). Angel skin coral has become very popular in recent years. I am not repeating the description you already provided which is correct except for the carving. You can compare pink jade versus angel skin coral yourself with similar listed on the net. The estimate is based on similar necklaces sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
