Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful ring. Such vintage and antique jade rings are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The ring looks very nice and has a beautiful design. I cannot see any red stones however there is a stick with clear stones or cut glass on the front of the ring. As the ring is made of sterlingsilver indicated by the 925 S it is unlikely that the stones used are diamonds as they would more commonly be used on rings made of gold or platinum. The stones are more likely either cut glass or rock crystal. I believe the ring is from the 20th century. However compared to what you paid for the ring at the estate sale I think you have done a very nice deal.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the ring has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lovely ring. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
