To clarify our appraisal process, the link is to a Bull's jersey (MUCH more valuable/desirable than one for the Washington Wizards) being sold by a retail gallery or dealer; the values Mearto provides are fair-market and based on values of comparable items (ie, other WW jerseys) being sold at auction in the last 5 years.
From what I have found bulls or wizards upper deck jerseys are selling for 12,000-14,999. These are not even limited editions.
Yes, but again, these are retail websites. Mearto is a fair-market / auction database. Quite a different thing if you are looking to obtain retail prices for these. Some dealers will purchase works outright; I suggest you reach out to some of these to see what they'd pay for yours. In many cases, some simply post a high price expecting to be negotiated down.
