Picture is 30”x19.5” excluding mat and frame. I bought it at the local Salvation Army about ten years ago so have no history on it.

Dear Dianne,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal.
The presented object appears to be a hand-colored lithograph print with the measurements of 19.5 x 30 inches. The print depicts a banquet scene and has the title "The Favorite Party of Louis XV at Choisy". The artwork is signed on the plate by Vicente DE PAREDES (1845-1903).
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in bad to medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 10 to 40 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
