From what I have found online the following came up: "Search Assist ->> Oriosa watches were produced by two companies: Frey & Co. in Switzerland, established in 1912, and Ostersetzer & Cie. in Austria, registered in 1956. The brand faced challenges during the 1970s quartz crisis, leading to a decline in production."
