What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a Falcon Ware 'Arabian' vase of square amphora shape, transfer decorated with Eastern Oriental figures and mosque lamps on a black ground, impressed and gilt printed factory marks "arabian" and "made in england" on the base. The vase was produced around 1900 when orientalism was very fashionable. The estimate is based on similar vases sold at auction recently. "Asking prices" in the trade are usually higher and can vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
