This is a vintage 3rd quarter century battery operated Vertol helicopter toy in original box and labeled as model 8030 that is labeled as produced in Hong Kong. The most collectible and sought after Vertol helicopters are those that are made of lithographed tin and produced in Japan by the company ALPS. Those models sell for $500 - $700. Yours however was not produced by ALPS of Japan and it is a plastic material not metal. This version, with box, sells for $25 - $35.
