Your teddybear by Barbara McConnell is very cute and has a sweet look and appearance. These teddys were often made in limited editions - however they were marked with numbers if that was the case. Your teddy bear is approximately 30-40 years old. McB bears started the company in the early 1980s and the bears are partly handmade. There were made a large number of unlimited edition teddys and I believe your teddy bear is one of these. They have a lower value than the limited edition teddy bears.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online soft toys auction, where I believe the teddy has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the teddybear. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

Once I got its clothes off, I found the tag. It is Mr. B. Bear by Barbara McConnell. It does have a hump, and is about 28" tall.
