Hi Clarence,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The Louis XV style revival—sometimes called Second Rococo or Rococo Revival—was a 19th-century reinterpretation of the decorative style that originally flourished in France under King Louis XV (reigned 1715–1774). It became popular across Europe and America during the mid-19th century, particularly from the 1830s to the 1870s.
Single chairs of this style and age usually sell for between $300 and $500 at auction.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

With pierced arched crest over raised upholstered back and gilt-wood frame, the arms demi-upholstered, over a trapezoidal seat, on pierced carved front rail on short cabriole legs terminating in scroll feet. Unsigned.
