Founded in 1852 by Nathaniel Bradley and Walter Hubbard in Meriden, Connecticut, the company initially started as a small operation with just six employees. Over time, it expanded significantly, employing around 1,500 workers and establishing sales offices in major cities like New York, Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia .

Comparable parlor chandeliers are currently selling for the fair-market values of $150-250 at auction, though dealers will ask higher retail prices.

Topped by a pierced and cast-brass-mounted cylinder enclosing a hurricane shade over a domed milk-glass shade with large floral decoration and pierced brass cuffs, issuing faceted drop crystals, over an oil reserve and lantern with scrolled brass supports. Presumably unsigned.

HEIGHT: 36” (from ceiling to bottom of lamp)
Width: 16” (from outer metal piece to outer metal piece). The glass is approximately 12”-13”
