Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a most likely synthetic dark blue spinell 10 Karat gold ring, marked J 10K L . This is quite an impressive ring, the dark blue beautifully contrasts the yellow gold. The estimate is based on similar rings offered or sold at auction recently.
