The couch is 7 feet long and was found in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati, OH. The fabric is fine woven with dozens of greens, blues, orange, gold tones. It’s in Good condition with minor wear and a few small tears. While watching a Frank Lloyd Wright house tour, the home owner stated the fabric was designed by or for FLW. The house tour you were watching appears to be that of the historic Socrates Zaferiou House, designed by renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright and located in Blauvelt, NY. Constructed in 1961, the residence is a Usonian-style home, which was a style of functional, affordable housing designed by Wright that features his characteristic open floor plan, large windows and integration with the surrounding natural environment.
The couch is a design that was reproduced by Henredon; Frank Lloyd Wright's fabric was reproduced by many companies, including Schumacher, Brunschwig & Fils and Cassina.
Unless a sofa (or other piece of furniture) comes out of an original custom Frank Lloyd Wright designed sofa - in which case you're looking at five- and six-figure prices at auction), period reproductions typically sell in the $800-$2,000 range at auction, depending on the style and condition of the upholstery, etc.
