This looks to me like either brass or bronze. I bought it in Lexington KY 20 years ago as part of an architectural salvage. Approximate overall width with globes is 26" and approximate overall height with globe is 25". It looks like it has been recently re-wired and is in pristine condition--I can't find any dents or scratches in the metal and no cracks in the globes aside from 2 tiny chips that are in hidden locations as pictured.
