Thank you for submitting this item for appraisal. The necklace is composed by a necklace and a pendant, they are both in white metal. The pendant has a red stone in the center surrounded by diamonds. The necklace is hallmarked as 18kt gold. The total weight is 13,4g. The main stone seems to be a corundum, ruby variety, it weights approx 1ct and it is heart shape. The stone is a vivid purplish red color and observing the photos could be heated. The diamonds are round in brilliant cut, almost colorless, probably a G color and VS1 clarity. Their approx total weight is around 0.40ct. The chain seems of a modern manufacture while the pendant looks older, probably of the '80.
