This is a vintage store advertising display perfume bottle from the 1990s for the Oscar de la Renta (note, not Ranta) perfume called SO de la Renta. These were used as display pieces at department store perfume and make-up counters. Usually the perfume is a light straw yellow color, the liquid in yours has darkened from light exposure and/or temperature extremes.
