It is a beautiful grooming set of sterlingsilver. Such vintage grooming sets are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
It has a lovely decoration on the handles and surfaces. I am not quite sure that all of it comes from the same set. It is a bit hard to tell if the decoration is exactly the same. Perhaps you could upload a photo of the entire set together with the silver surfaces turning up so I can see all the decorations. It origins from the early 1900s when this was fashionable in the wealthy families. Today this type of silver ware has gone out of fashion as it is rarely used.
I cannot see the marks clearly enough to see if there is a country mark too apart from the sterling silver mark. However it could very well be American.
The set appears to be in fairly good condition despite the minor signs of usage and wear.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online silver auction, where I believe the grooming set has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the beautiful set. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
