Golden bear, possibly a steiff, mohair, glass eyes, joints, and wood filling.

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry and thank you for the additional photos.
It is a cute teddybear. Such vintage soft toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
Your teddybear has a lovely mohair honeycoloured fur, the paws are with felt and the proportions of the limbs compared to the body indicates that the teddy was made in the 1950s. I presume that the stuffing is sawdust.
Apart from the missing ear the teddy bear appears to be in good condition without obvious signs of use/wear. However the missing ear does reduce the value of the teddy bear. It is quite possible that the teddybear is a Steiff teddybear however the button would have been in the missing ear.
I believe that the teddy would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction despite the missing ear. And this could affect the price in a positive direction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the teddybear has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the teddybear. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
Thank you
